Widely served by public transport that allows you to reach the Arena in 10 minutes on foot and Juliet’s balcony in just 5 minutes.

Registration of documents required at your arrival It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. It requires a responsible attitude in the management of waste (separate collection in the various containers placed in the kitchen) and a respectful behavior towards the people who live in the building avoiding loud noises.
